Cheesy Quesadillas 🧀
Ingredients: Flour tortillas, shredded cheese, optional fillings (chicken, veggies)
Instructions:
Heat a tortilla in a pan over medium heat.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and any desired fillings.
Place another tortilla on top and cook until golden, flipping halfway through.
Slice into triangles and serve with salsa or sour cream.
2. Mini Pita Pizzas 🍕
Ingredients: Mini pita bread, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, toppings (pepperoni, veggies)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread pizza sauce on the pita bread.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and add toppings.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
3. Chicken & Veggie Skewers 🍗
Ingredients: Chicken breasts, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, olive oil
Instructions:
Cut chicken and veggies into bite-sized pieces.
Skewer them, alternating between chicken and veggies.
Drizzle with olive oil and grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
4. Taco Cups 🌮
Ingredients: Tortilla wraps, ground beef, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Press tortillas into muffin tin cups.
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning, then spoon into tortilla cups.
Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and sour cream.
5. Pasta with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes 🍝
Ingredients: Pasta, pesto sauce, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Drain and mix in pesto sauce.
Add halved cherry tomatoes and top with parmesan cheese.
6. Baked Chicken Tenders 🍗
Ingredients: Chicken tenders, breadcrumbs, egg, olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Dip chicken tenders in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
7. Banana Pancakes 🍌🥞
Ingredients: 1 banana, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mash the banana and mix with eggs and vanilla extract.
Pour batter onto a hot, greased pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve with syrup or fruit.
8. Veggie Stir-Fry with Rice 🍚
Ingredients: Rice, mixed veggies (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers), soy sauce, olive oil
Instructions:
Cook rice according to package instructions.
In a pan, stir-fry veggies in olive oil until tender.
Add soy sauce and toss with cooked rice.
9. Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup 🍅
Ingredients: Bread, cheese, butter, canned tomato soup
Instructions:
Butter two slices of bread and sandwich cheese in between.
Grill on a pan until golden and crispy.
Heat tomato soup and serve with grilled cheese.
10. Easy Fruit Salad 🍓🥝
Ingredients: Strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, honey
Instructions:
Slice fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Toss with honey and serve fresh.
