A healthier twist on a classic that kids can assemble themselves—layered in muffin tins for easy portioning and no melty mess!

🍽️ Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple (or mango)

  • Splash of milk (dairy or dairy-free)

  • Mini chocolate chips 🍫

  • Whipped cream or coconut whip

  • Cherries on top (because obviously!) 🍒

🐝 Directions:

  1. In a blender, blend frozen bananas with a splash of milk until creamy—this is your “nice cream.”

  2. Scoop into muffin tin liners.

  3. Blend other fruits separately (for fun layered flavors!) and spoon on top.

  4. Let kids top their cups with chocolate chips, whip, and a cherry.

  5. Freeze for 15–30 minutes for firmer texture, or serve soft like soft-serve!
