Your evening will begin by combining the intentional postures of a Yin Yoga sequence led by Lisa, (CYT) accompanied by the calming, restorative touch of massage offered by Kelsey, (RYT and licensed massage therapist).
Grant your body permission to settle and your mind the grace to unwind as we move through centering postures and then conclude the practice with a Yoga Nidra guided by Kelsey. Otherwise known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditation designed to bring rest to the body and clarity to the mind; during this event we will play with the imagery of time and space and seasonal shifts.

It’s a new year, and the largest record sale in Southern Colorado is back and bigger than ever before! Our one-day event takes place on Saturday, March 15 at the Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. Come dig through tens of thousands of records, cassettes, t-shirts, and more from new and returning vendors from all across the state. Doors are open from 9 am to 4 pm, but give yourself time to look! With over 50 vendors, more than 100 tables, and prices starting at $1, there’s always something for everyone. You can also expect free parking in the garage below the Antlers, ATMs onsite, and food and drink available from the hotel restaurant and bar. Wear your kilts and your super green tech shirt! Bring the shamrocks and your sneakers as the race begins at 10 AM, Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Registered runners get a green tech shirt, timing chip, and Race bib. Awards are given to the top overall finisher, both male and female; and to those who are fastest in their age group, also male and female.
If you’d like to sign up a group (of four) look for the Four Leaf Clover Four Pask registration option under the registration tab at CSStPats.com.
You can also run with your coworkers in the Corporate Cup. Teams of five compete in two categories (fastest time, and best dressed), to win the Corporate Cup, lunch (gift certificate) for five, and their team photo and company logo used in future promotions.
Packet pick-up will be at the St. Paddy's Sports Expo, on March 14, 2025, from 10 AM to 6 PM, location TBD. Limited Race day packet pick-up will be located in Acacia Park near Uncle Wilbur's Fountain (the southwest corner of Acacia Park).
The Awards Ceremony will be located in the Paddy O'Pub (look for the Bar in the middle of Bijou) after the run. Runners placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, in each age group (both male and female) and overall winners will receive their medals. Corporate Cup team winners will also receive their prize. Our owner KayLee was homeschooled her whole life and then spent a decade teaching art in public schools before purchasing the studio.
