Science Riot is the only science outreach program in the country to turn scientists into engaging speakers through immersive training in comedy writing and performance. This Daylight Savings Time, join Lisa King and Kelsey Maxine for a practice that invites you to honor your nervous system and recalibrate your circadian rhythm.

Your evening will begin by combining the intentional postures of a Yin Yoga sequence led by Lisa, (CYT) accompanied by the calming, restorative touch of massage offered by Kelsey, (RYT and licensed massage therapist).

Grant your body permission to settle and your mind the grace to unwind as we move through centering postures and then conclude the practice with a Yoga Nidra guided by Kelsey. Otherwise known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing meditation designed to bring rest to the body and clarity to the mind; during this event we will play with the imagery of time and space and seasonal shifts.

This event is perfect for anyone seeking grounding and renewal before the transition into the brighter days ahead. Come as you are, retreat within, and join the collective in a return to the light.

Please come as you are and wear comfortable clothing. All props including mats will be provided for you, but bring your own mat, a favorite blanket, or an eye pillow if you wish!

It’s a new year, and the largest record sale in Southern Colorado is back and bigger than ever before! Our one-day event takes place on Saturday, March 15 at the Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. Wear your kilts and your super green tech shirt! Bring the shamrocks and your sneakers as the race begins at 10 AM, Saturday, March 15, 2025.

Registered runners get a green tech shirt, timing chip, and Race bib. Awards are given to the top overall finisher, both male and female; and to those who are fastest in their age group, also male and female.

If you’d like to sign up a group (of four) look for the Four Leaf Clover Four Pask registration option under the registration tab at CSStPats.com.

You can also run with your coworkers in the Corporate Cup. Teams of five compete in two categories (fastest time, and best dressed), to win the Corporate Cup, lunch (gift certificate) for five, and their team photo and company logo used in future promotions.

Packet pick-up will be at the St. Paddy's Sports Expo, on March 14, 2025, from 10 AM to 6 PM, location TBD. Limited Race day packet pick-up will be located in Acacia Park near Uncle Wilbur's Fountain (the southwest corner of Acacia Park).

The Awards Ceremony will be located in the Paddy O'Pub (look for the Bar in the middle of Bijou) after the run. Runners placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, in each age group (both male and female) and overall winners will receive their medals. Corporate Cup team winners will also receive their prize. Show us your bib to get a free pint! Stay to watch the day's events from the Paddy O'Pub, proudly serving Guinness, Harp, Kilkenny, Smithwicks, and Irish Whiskey!

Get the kiddos and get ready for the Leprechaun Fun Run!
Join us for the cutest part of the St. Patrick's Day festivities: The Leprechaun Fun Run! Held March 15 2025, at 11 AM. Sign up your little leprechaun so they too can race down Tejon street. We offer a half-mile course for the wee leprechauns and a mile course for the older leprechauns! Each runner gets a shirt and their very own bib number with registration.
Please be aware your child will need to be at the corner of Tejon and Bijou by 10:45 AM, as the race begins at 11 AM.
You will need to pick your child's shirt up at the St. Paddy's Sports Expo held on March 14, 2025 from 10AM - 6PM, location TBD.

Come, stay and quilt! Our spring retreat is a great time to get those projects done that you got for Christmas. You get quality time with your friends with a laid-back atmosphere to quilt to your hearts content. The room will be open from 10am-12am Friday, 6am-12am Saturday, and 6am-4pm on Sunday.
