Grinch Juice 💚🎄

A Family Favorite in my house for sure!!! 

This bright, fizzy drink is not only a hit with the kids but also a festive centerpiece for your holiday table! The creamy sherbet and bubbly ginger ale make it magical, while the Grinch-green color will have everyone giggling (and grabbing seconds). Plus, it’s so easy, even the little ones can help make it!

Ingredients

1 carton (48 oz) multi-flavored sherbet (lime, rainbow, or pineapple sherbet for the best Grinchy-green vibes)

2 liters ginger ale (chilled)

Optional: Green food coloring for extra vibrancy

Optional: Red sugar sprinkles for “Grinchy” decoration

Instructions

Decorate the Cups (Optional):

If you want to go all out, dip the rims of clear cups or glasses in water or honey, then into red sugar sprinkles to give them a festive “holiday sparkle” look.

Assemble the Grinch Juice:

In a large punch bowl or pitcher, scoop the sherbet in generous dollops.

Slowly pour the ginger ale over the sherbet, letting it fizz and bubble up for a magical effect.

Grinchify It:

If the color isn’t quite green enough, add a drop or two of green food coloring and gently stir (just don’t mix too much—you want those sherbet swirls!).

Serve and Enjoy:

Ladle into cups and watch the kids light up with delight! For extra fun, you can toss in some festive straws or small candy canes as stirrers.
