Instructions:

Cut a paper plate in half.

Paint the top section blue with white stars (stickers or paint dots).

Paint red and white stripes on the bottom half.

Once dry, glue or tape a popsicle stick to the back as a handle.

🚀 2. Rocket Streamers 🎇
Supplies Needed:

Empty toilet paper roll

Red, white, and blue construction paper

Streamers or crepe paper

Glue stick or tape

Scissors

Hole punch and string (optional for hanging)

Star stickers or white marker
Instructions:

Cover the toilet paper roll with red paper.

Cut a circle from blue paper, cut one slit, then form it into a cone and tape it on top as the rocket cap.

Add star stickers or draw white stars on the red roll.

Cut streamers into 8-10” lengths and glue them inside the bottom of the roll.

Punch a hole at the top and tie a string if you want to hang it. 🚀✨

Red, white, and blue foam or felt sheets

Scissors

Hot glue gun or craft glue

Cardboard ring base (cut from a cereal box!)
Instructions:

Cut out a large circle (about 8–10″) from cardboard, then cut out the center to create a ring.

Cut out lots of stars from red, white, and blue felt/foam.

Glue the stars around the ring, overlapping slightly.

Wooden dowels or skewers (sanded smooth)

Instructions:

Glue one foam/felt star to the top of each dowel.

Cut ribbons into 12” pieces and glue or tie them below the star.

Add a second star to the back (sandwiching the dowel) if desired.
